Morning Sun Wellness LLC is the culmination of Beth’s variety of healing gifts and modalities. Beth has been a LMT for over 25 years. She graduated from the Alpha School of Massage of the Treasure Coast in Port St. Lucie, Fl in 1996. She has traveled and studied with various teachers around the
world, including teachers from Hawaii, India and Thailand. Her style of bodywork is both therapeutic and relaxing. She integrates a combination of circulation-enhancing broad strokes, potent pressure points, medium pressure to release tension, and calming energy holds to allow the nervous system to relax. Tinctures & Glycerites (2 parts/2 classes) – learn the art of making herbal
extractions; a concentrated, potent way to take herbal medicine. In Part 1, we will make a Glycerite,
which is a non-alcoholic extract and start the beginning steps of the alcoholic tincture extract. We will
meet again the following month to strain, bottle and label our extracts to take home. $60 for both

Beth White Mountain Bio
Beth studied herbalism under Michael and Leslie Tierra and is a graduate of the East West School of
Herbology. She is trained to look at the patterns of dis-ease the person is presenting and identify the
root causes behind underlying conditions. The energetics of the person’s constitution & imbalances are
considered and personalized herbal formulas are implemented. Herbs from Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda (from India) and/or Western Herbalism are applied. Beth also makes custom
formulas by hand. In an herbal consultation, lifestyle and diet recommendations are also recommended.
Her training at East West school also included bodywork therapies such as Cupping, Gua Sha and
Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeding) of which she also offers to her clients.
Beth has studied and mentored with herbalist, Matthew Alfs, author, teacher, and owner of The
Midwest School of Herbal studies located in Minnesota.
She studied herbalism Linda Black Elk, ethnobotanist, at Sitting Bull College on the Standing Rock Sioux
Indian Reservation in North Dakota.
Beth is certified in Ayurvedic bodywork and lifestyle practices through Dr. Shivani Sood of the Shivani
Ayurvedic Clinic in Dharmsala, India where she was trained in Abhyanga massage using Doshic
(constitutional) specific oils, Marma (Vital Points) Therapy, and Pranic Healing energy work, as well as
Ayurvedic diet, herbalism and cleansing.
Beth completed the 6 levels of Nuad Bo, Tradition Massage of Thailand and Reflexology (of which it’s
roots are founded in Ayurveda) at the ITM school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Beth studied Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii under renown healer,
Harry Uhane Jim, learning the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Lomilomi.
She has been a certified Yoga since 1997 through the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in the Bahamas.
